iOpener nominated for innovation award in the Aachen region
Yesterday AGIT (the regional development agency for the Technology Region Aachen) announced that iOpener is one of the three finalists for the prestigious regional innovation award. At the award ceremony in the evening of 21 November it will be pronounced if iOpener is the winner of this award in the category 'young companies'. iOpener product successfully tested in Zolder 24hrs race
Last weekend during an official race, the iOpener product was fully tested. The test was a great success and members of the iOpener team and some guests were actually able to game from behind a PC in real-time against the drivers of the Moritz Racing team driving on the Belgian Zolder circuit...

Autosimsport Magazine reports about iOpener
The premiere online magazine dedicated to the sport of Simulated Racing, Autosimsport requested iOpener CEO, Andy Lürling, to cooperate on an interview, to tell about the immersive new technology which makes it possible to play in real-time against the pro’s from behind your (game) computer. Today the interview is published in the online magazine.

iOpener delegation will visit GDC in Leipzig
An iOpener delegation will visit this year's Game Developers Conference in Leipzig on 21 and 22 August, with the objective of introducing its Real-time Live Play product to specific game publishers and developers. The delegation will also explore the opportunity participating in next year's edition.

iOpener showcased in CNN’s ‘Untold Stories’
In the popular CNN program ‘Untold Stories’ CNN dedicated a topic to the European Satellite navigation system 'Galileo'. iOpener was asked to participate to showcase it's product known under the name 'Real-time Games' as a promising Galileo application.

RWTH Aachen graduation party boosted by iOpener
Today iOpener boosted the graduation party of the Computer Sciences department at the RWTH Aachen (University of Technology in Aachen, Germany). Graduates and invitees were given the opportunity to be on the photo in an original Arrows F1 Car, and two of iOpener’s promo girls.

iOpener has successful test day with F1 car on circuit Zolder
Today the iOpener team successfully tested it’s real-time technology on the Zolder race track in Belgium. For the first time an original 2002 Arrows F1 car was used for testing. The other test vehicles this day were the Marcos Mantis car’s of Moritz racing, active in the Dutch Super Challenge Cup. With help of Arnold Wagner (owner of the Arrows F1) and his team, and the Moritz team, the total test plan could be successfully run through, pointing out the product is ready for its market launch!
